Capital Digital, S.A.P.I. de C.V., (hereinafter "Capital Digital®") respects your right to privacy and protecting your personal data. We do not provide, sell, or rent your data to third parties, we only use it to learn about the user behavior in the game Quetzi, for users over 18 years of age.
This Privacy Notice explains Capital Digital's privacy policies and practices concerning our associated games ("games", "applications" or "apps"), how we treat your personal data (meaning the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of such data) and how we protect your data.     Personal data is any information concerning a natural person, which identifies that person or can be associated with an identifiable person.

  2. What personal data is collected by Capital Digital®?

    For the fines established in this Privacy Notice, we inform you that we do not collect, provide, sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We only collect analytical data, that is, user interaction within the “Quetzi” game.


    3. Identity and address of the person in charge

    CAPITAL DIGITAL S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (hereinafter "CAPITAL DIGITAL®") at Juan de la Barrera 112, Piso 2, Colonia Condesa, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06140, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of analytical data.

    We do not consider the personal data collected by CAPITAL DIGITAL® as sensitive personal data.

    To provide our Services (as this term is defined below), CAPITAL DIGITAL® will collect the following data:

    Technology:
    Within the tools we use for game development, Unity supports us in certain features such as the Unity software. There are some standardized features designed to enhance the game experience, such as saving your progress in a game that the game level you reached in your last session is where you will start when you return to the game. To accomplish this on our end, we need to collect some technical data (non-personally identifiable and completely anonymous) that Unity helps us with, such as choosing how to redeem an in-game reward because you have completed a challenge or have waited some time. Unity automatically collects certain data that makes this possible. These are our current technology service providers:
    1. Unity (Privacy Policy).
    2. Firebase (Privacy Policy).
    3. Amplitud (Privacy Policy).
    4. App Store Connect (Privacy Policy).
    5. Consola de Google Play (Privacy Policy).


    Analytics:

    To analyze non-personally identifiable (fully anonymized) data about player behavior and device technical information, which will be used as statistics or generic reports to better understand how players use our games. This information is valuable as it supports us in supporting an older version of iOS software. We may need to look at the total number of players currently using that version of iOS software to determine if we need to support that version in updates.

    The information helps us detect bugs or areas for improvement, such as adjusting the difficulty of a certain level or simplifying the mechanics of the game to make it more intuitive. The data allows us, the developers, to make better decisions, which results in a better experience for you, the player.

    Advertising:

    Since our game is free, advertising helps us cover the costs we incur while making our games. Thus, within the experience we provide you, there will be certain advertisements in our games by advertising networks, which sell advertising services to third parties.

    Ad networks collect and share data such as device type, operating system, country, device language, in-game behavior, purchases, IP address, and advertising identifiers (Apple Identifier for Advertisers, or "IDFA", on Apple devices, and Google Advertising Identifier, or "GAID", on Android devices). All of this data helps customize the ads and their frequency to give players a better experience. This also allows advertisers to show the most relevant ads to players, and for that reason some data, like your Ad ID, is consistent across apps, enabling cross-app tracking and interest-based advertising. Advertising IDs are non-permanent, non-personal identifiers uniquely associated with your device.

    The advertising networks we use are:
    1. AdMob (Privacy Policy).
    2. Google Ad Manager (Privacy Policy).

    Costs:

    For this first version, the cost will be free. However, we reserve the right to make a charge in the future. We will always inform this to you in advance so you can either agree or decline the cost to continue or stop using our services.

    In-app Purchases:



    To generate revenue, funding the development of our games. All your in-app purchases are processed by the third party payment processors listed below, these third party payment processors need to confirm financial information (credit card information and billing address, for example) directly from you in order to handle your payment in a secure way.

    Our third party payment processors do not share your financial information with us, we only receive an order summary with general information about the purchase.

    2. Apple Pay (Privacy Policy).


    Since all our Third Party Operators have their own privacy practices regarding the information we obtain through their services, we recommend you to read all their privacy policies so you can understand how your personal information will be handled by them too. In general, they will only obtain, process and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us and you, the player.

    Modifications to the privacy notice



    CAPITAL DIGITAL® reserves the right to change this Privacy Notice at any time. However, we will inform you of the fact that we have made changes to the Notice by indicating at the end of the Notice the date on which it was last updated. We will post the updated Notice on our Web Site https://www.quetzi.app/ We encourage you to review our Privacy Notice to make sure you understand how your personal information will be used.
